Yoga Session via Zoom

Weather: during the bike, mid 50s and sunny; during the run, low 50s and it was night so it was by waist light.

Gear notes: Finally getting used to the temperature fluctuations and knowing what I need be comfortable on my rides. Getting increasingly frustrated with my bike.

My on my ride, I ended up doing my usual loop in reverse for fun. I stopped at the local egg stand to pay our dues and blow kisses to the alpacas.


I was lucky enough to make it to the Lake Potanipo parking lot when it was vacant. Photo shoot! This ones for you Margaret ๐Ÿ™‚


By the end of the day I was beat. I was tired from a big weekend (bigger than usual) and I really wasn’t feeling the running. It was getting late and I needed to get in 8 miles. I was super emotional and whiney! I pretty much begged John to join me in the dark for the last five miles, which thankfully he did ๐Ÿ™‚

We ended up running circles around the 1-mile development loop nearby. I had to run/walk most of it. I felt like I was crumbling…I needed a break.

P.S. have you been wondering why my helmet is nearly always crooked? More to come on that soon…
